Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Azerbizan Oasis website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
  • Rates are quoted per room, per night, unless otherwise specified.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra guests, amenities, or services.
  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
  • Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in.

Payment

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Full payment is due at check-out unless otherwise arranged. All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

  • Treat hotel property and staff with respect
  • Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
  • Be responsible for any damages caused to hotel property
  • Comply with all hotel policies and local laws

Liability

Azerbizan Oasis is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to remove guests who violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Azerbizan Oasis and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
