Standard Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our hotel:

Non-Refundable Rates

Some promotional rates are offered at a discounted price in exchange for full prepayment at the time of booking. These rates are non-refundable and cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review the rate conditions carefully before booking.

Group Bookings

For group reservations of 5 or more rooms, different cancellation terms apply:

• More than 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation
• 15-30 days before arrival: 25% of total booking value
• 7-14 days before arrival: 50% of total booking value
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of total booking value

Peak Season & Holidays

During peak seasons and major holidays, stricter cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Peak periods typically include New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day weekend, and major local festivals.

Modifications

Changes to your reservation dates are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Modifications made within the cancellation penalty period may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, with applicable charges.

Refund Processing

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Bank processing times may vary.

Force Majeure

In cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we may offer flexible rebooking options or full refunds at our discretion.
